1. COMMITMENT CHARGES: 10% P.A FOR 42 months or till offer of possession (whichever is earlier) 2. The above prices/payment plans are subject to revision/withdrawal at any notice and at the sole discretion of the Company.
3. Other costs/charges indicated in the Allottees' Arrangement shall be payable as applicable.
4. Demand Drafts/ Cheques shall be drawn in favour of "Wave Megacity Centre Pvt. Ltd." payable at Delhi/Noida only.
5. Prices prevailing on the date of booking shall be payable and binding.
6. Commitment Charges for 42 months in Down Payment Plan starts on receiving 90% of BSP
7. Commitment Charges in Flexi Payment Plan starts on receiving 50% of BSP for 18 months and thereafter only after receiving balance 45% till offer of possession, ( Failure of payment of 45 % Balance amount in the 18th Month, will lead to withdrawal of Commitment Charges Scheme ).
8. Service Tax or any other Government taxes, levies would be over & above the installments mentioned herein above.
9. All other Terms and Conditions as per Allottee’s Arrangement applicable
